What a joke and a passive aggressive way to say we don’t really care to people who have spent money with and trusted special occasions to you all. Looking at the other bad reviews here it appears management just puts forth a generic reply about priding themselves on great service and hoping people will give them another try. I will never go back here and will for sure make sure everyone we know knows not to go here. The food was inconsistent from person to person - completely not worth the price. I wanted to say something again, but at this point it was just annoyingly bad / sloppy service, it was clear they weren’t going to really fix what was going on, and I didn’t want to take the focus away from celebrating my husband’s birthday. I was charged for the nice glass I ordered even though they ruined it. When I said something they took the glass and brought a clean one - again poured the cheaper wine. They offered a free glass of wine as a courtesy and proceeded to pour the wrong, cheaper wine into my unfinished better glass. The whole group was done with their meal by this time. They apologized and took it back to prepare a new one, which took almost 40 minutes.
Restaurant at Turning Stone Resort Casino, New Yorks most awarded resort. Ordered the surf and turf - they brought my steak out well done even though I ordered medium rare. There are 20 restaurants and a full-service spa in Turning Stone Casino that. Went here for my husband’s 40th birthday with another couple and spent almost $700.
